The workshop was funded by the National Skills Fund and the apprentice stipend is funded by the following SETAs

The project has attracted partnerships with stakeholders like the Indian Goverment where a Gandhi Mandela Center of Specialisation was set up at the Tswane South TVET College in Pretoria West, the japanese Goverment through JICA to develop capacity of artisan developmet for Fitter and Turner to meet industry needs and GIZ in Strengthening of the Capacity of VET personnel in TVET colleges and in industr to plan and implement dual traning
