Functions:

To ensure coordination, integration and facilitation amongst stakeholders, role-players and authorities with regard to the Human Resources
Development Strategy for South Africa (HRDS-SA).
To establish the HRD Council and its structures, and to support, coordinate and manage the work-plan of the HRD Council.
To maintain the HRDS-SA by supporting, monitoring, evaluating and reviewing the Strategy by means of reports and a periodic summit.
