Call for Public Comments on Draft CAS Bill 2019
The Minister Naledi Pandor publishes the Draft Central Application Service Bill, 2019 to enable the establishment of the Central Application Service for the post-school education and training system, following Cabinet approval at a meeting held on 27 February 2019 at Tuynhuys in Cape Town. The Minister invites public comments on the draft Central Application Service Bill that seeks to provide a legislative framework for the coordination and management of simple, fair and cost effective central applications to all public Post-School Education and Training institutions. All interested persons and organizations are invited to direct their comments on the draft CAS Bill to CAS Project Manager on the following contacts:

The Draft Central Application Service Bill 2019 will be available for public comment for a period of 31 (thirty one) calendar days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays, starting from 18 April 2019 until 6 June 2019.
